Customer Service Isn’t Dead! We picked up 1,000 pounds of landscaping rock for our creek project today, and we couldn’t be happier! The staff at Dirt World went above and beyond to help us. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. To top it off, the price was unbelievable—only $101 for 1,000 pounds, far less than anywhere else we checked. It’s refreshing to find a business that still believes in taking care of customers. We’ll definitely be back and we highly recommend them!

Buyer beware....I ordered 10 yards of top soil and received 5-6 yards. Most buyers would have no idea how much one yard of dirt is. Unfortunately for them I do and called them out on shorting me. I also measured it to get an approximately yardage and verified it was only 5-6 yards, not 10 yards. Not worth my time/money to take this any further but will never buy from them again. Like I said, most buyers will have no idea they are getting short changed. Makes it easy for them to do this no doubt.

My husband and I went to Dirt World to purchase dirt for our tomato plants and rock to fill in around our patio. The rock they helped pick, fit perfectly where we needed it. The quality of the dirt was exactly what we needed…our tomato plants are thriving. Thank you for all of your help.

Super friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. Delivery is available which saved my life. The front desk lady is amazing. They have every kind of stone dirt clay anything you can think of you need for landscaping. They even do giant jobs as well.

Delivery was excellent, customer service/the office gals are helpful and friendly. Over ordered a lot of product from them, five truckloads of various materials from pea gravel to manure, and garden soil. The reason I am giving two stars is quality of product. Before growing season in 2025 I ordered several yards of garden soil. Specifically, garden soil. Not top soil, not dirt. The soil they delivered and I used in my beds was clodded, compacted, dry, and essentially dead. Imbalanced pH, and definitively NOT garden soil. It’s unworkable and I’ll spend the next season reviving it and forced to invest heavily in compost and organic fertilizers to try to amend it. It’s full of weed seed and grass seed also, sprouting weeds and crab grass within days of being delivered. 10/10 not worth the money at all, very disappointed in the quality of that product.
